Data Ownership: You own your data. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your data to train models as described in our Terms of Service. Model outputs generated from your data are provided to you, and you own the trained models we deliver. We may use aggregated and de-identified data patterns from multiple users to improve our model training infrastructure, algorithms, and overall Services, and to develop and improve our own products, models, and services. These aggregated models do not contain your personal data and cannot be traced back to individual users.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal Data: We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including:
- Account information (name, email, etc.)
- Uploaded images and training data associated with your account
- Payment and billing information
Model Retention: Models trained on your data are delivered to you, and you own them. After account deletion, we remove your personal data from our systems. However, models that have been trained using aggregated patterns from multiple users may continue to exist in anonymized form as part of our model training infrastructure improvements. These aggregated models do not contain your personal data and cannot be traced back to individual users.
If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, due to backup archives), we securely store your information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including for model training infrastructure, model hosting and distribution, data storage, user authentication, and payment processing. These parties help us provide the Services and are required to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when we believe it's required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us, or others. We attempt to notify you about legal demands for your personal data when appropriate, unless prohibited by law or court order.
Merger, Acquisition, or Sale of Assets: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. We will continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and give affected users notice before personal data is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy. This ensures you are informed of any changes to how your data will be handled.

9. IP Addresses and Cookies
We may collect information about your computer using Google Analytics, including but not limited to your IP address, operating system and browser information, and duration of session for purposes of system administration, customer support and to collect aggregate information for internal reporting purposes. We may also monitor a user's sessions on our Services to improve our features and identify bugs.
In addition, our Services use cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer if you agree. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of the Services, which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Services and also allows us to improve the Services.
The cookies we use are "analytical" cookies. Some of the common uses for our cookies are as follows:
- To recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our Services work, for example by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
- To identify and authenticate a user across different pages of our Services, within our own Services, in a session or across different sessions. This is so that the user does not need to provide a password on every page the user visits.
- To be able to retrieve a user's previously stored data, for example, information that the user previously submitted to the Services, so as to facilitate reuse of this information by the user.
